The purpose of the quarterly meeting is to have a documented informal conversation between manager/lead and staff member. The meeting is meant to be a collaborative conversation to discuss any suggestions, resolve any issues or concerns the staff member may have and follow up on any outstanding goals or projects. If there were any previously documented performance issues, the manager/lead should follow up on progress at this time.
