This weekend, Dr. Jarboe was a guest lecturer at the KVMA Mid-America Veterinary Conference in Louisville, KY. Dr. Jarboe presented 2 CE lectures, “To Seize or Not To Seize” and “The Nuts and Bolts of Spine localization, Differentials and Treatments.”
In addition to presenting, Dr. Jarboe also had a bit of a “veterinarian family reunion.” Featured in this photo with Dr. Jarboe are the men she calls her veterinary fathers. From left to right:
Dr. Raymond Schaaf of Bullitt County Veterinary Center, Shepherdsville, KY: She started working for Dr. Schaaf at 11 yrs of age, continuing through under grad and veterinary college.
Dr. Fred Brammell of Richmond Veterinary Clinic, Richmond, KY: She worked for Dr. Brammell throughout her undergrad and veterinary college years, even living with his family for 2 summers.
Dr. James Cecil of Mount Washington Animal Clinic, Mount Washington, KY: Dr. Cecil was the advisor/group leader of her grade school 4-H Veterinary Club. She also worked for him for the year following veterinary college as a young fledgling veterinarian before moving to Florida to work as an ER doctor.
We are sure that they are all very proud of Dr. Jarboe. We are too!!
