A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT 

To Our Most Valued Pet Owners,

At Bush Veterinary Neurology Service, the health and well-being of your pet and family, as well as our team members, are our top priority. As the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to assure you that we plan to remain open.

We are taking additional precautions following guidelines from various health agencies, most notably by supporting social distancing recommendations and requiring clients to stay outside of the building during appointments.

When you call to schedule your appointment, our team members will provide you with all the details you need and what to expect for your visit, so your pet can continue to receive the care they need from Bush Veterinary Neurology Service.

Our team members will be ready to greet you and your pet upon arrival and transfer your pet inside.  As a result of these changes, your appointment may take longer than usual, although we will do everything to minimize this impact.

These measures are in addition to the rigid cleaning and disinfecting protocols already in place.  Team members of Bush Veterinary Neurology Service are also instructed to stay home upon signs of common symptoms of the virus and to contact a health care professional.

If you are feeling ill and suffering from common symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath), we ask that you please call us before traveling to the hospital, so we can either reschedule your appointment or discuss alternatives for your pet to receive the care they need.

We are closely monitoring the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local authorities regarding the spread of the virus to ensure that the actions that we are taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

In the coming days and weeks, we may need to adapt to the increased caseload, supply shortages, modified staffing. We thank you for your support and patience and hope you all stay safe during this unpredictable time.
