This sweet girl is Roxie! On 6/25/18, Roxie had her initial consultation with Dr. Akin and she was wobbly in her back legs and painful in her back. She previously had two separate spinal surgeries in another state. After an MRI, Roxie was diagnosed with a disc extrusion, and Roxie came back on 6/28/18 for hemilaminectomy surgery. At the time of discharge, Roxie was walking great and very comfortable. This is Roxie at her staple removal appointment two weeks later and she is doing fantastic! We would like to thank the family for entrusting Roxie and her housemate, Cocoa, who was seen last year, to our care. We love them both!
