A native Iowan, Dr. Belinda Comito graduated with her B.A. in Biology from Cornell College.  She then obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University where she also completed a one-year Small Animal Rotating Internship at the veterinary teaching hospital.   Dr. Comito completed a three year Neurology/Neurosurgery Residency at the Veterinary Neurological Center in Phoenix, AZ and has been practicing Neurology/Neurosurgery since 2010.  Dr. Comito is a voracious reader in her free time and you may find her yelling at the TV while watching the Cubs, Hawkeyes (football), or Jayhawks (basketball).  She enjoys spending time with her family and her Australian Sheppard, exercising on her Peloton, and practicing her three-point shoot.
