Pet Parents

For the health and safety of our clients, patients, and staff, clients are not permitted to enter the building. Instead, a BVNS team member will meet you in the parking lot to provide directions and bring your pet inside.

Whether you are a new client or an existing client, you and your pet are in good hands.

We understand that facing a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of your pet’s neurological disorder can be very frightening and our doctors never forget that your pet is a family member—not just a pet. From the moment you first contact us, you’ll work with our team of compassionate professionals who are committed to your pet’s health and your family’s well-being. For your convenience, we have designed our website to make your experience with us easier.

You may have questions about what to expect and how to plan for your first visit, our New Clients Resources will help answer those questions.
