Nabi is a 13 year old Dachshund who came to BVNS Rockville as a referral from Rocky Gorge Animal Hospitall. Nabi had suddenly lost the ability to walk and was almost paralyzed in all 4 limbs.

Dr. Lipitz performed an MRI examination and diagnosed Nabi with a cervical disc herniation. A ventral slot surgery was performed to alleviate her pain.

Here is Nabi at her 2 week post op recheck exam, pictured with Deanna at Rockville. Nabi is now walking very well and is on her way to making a full recovery. Her owners were so thrilled with her progress and were kind enough to bring our staff cookies with a hand written thank you note on the box!
