Meet Gabby, one of the cutest Dachshunds around! She came to BVNS Atlanta in August after becoming paralyzed in the back end. Dr. Neary preformed a neurologic exam and suspected disc disease. An MRI was performed and confirmed an acute, type 1 disc extrusion causing severe spinal cord compression. A hemilaminectomy was performed and Gabby went home the next day!

This is Gabby pictured at her two-week post-operative exam and staple removal appointment. She is back to her old self and is able to walk again. Today Gabby is pain free and back to her normal life with her family!
