Luke came to BVNS Atlanta in November for being acutely down on all four limbs and unable to walk. Dr. Akin performed a neurologic exam and suspected cervical disc disease. An MRI was performed and confirmed a disc herniation at C2-C3 causing moderate-marked spinal cord compression.

A ventral slot surgery was performed and Luke went home two days later! This is Luke pictured at his two-week post-operative exam and suture removal appointment. He is back to his happy energetic self and has been showing much improvement since his surgery! Today Luke is pain free and getting back to his normal life with his family!
