Roxy is a very sweet 11 year old Boston Terrier who came to BVNS Leesburg after experiencing progressive back pain and difficulty walking.

Dr. Trub performed an MRI which revealed intervertebral disc protrusions at several spots on her spine as well as a malformation of her spine. Surgery was performed at both sites to remove the compression on the spinal cord.

Roxy did very well after her surgery. She is walking much better than before and is pain-free! This is Roxy at her 2-week recheck. She is pouting because we had the audacity to clean her ears, but otherwise she looks great! We are so glad that Roxy is doing better and expect to see her continue to improve!
