Willow is a 2 1/2 year old Chihuahua who was referred by Dr. Bryant at Cherokee Animal Hospital and the wonderful ER staff at Cherokee Emergency Veterinary Clinic.

Willow was evaluated for a sudden inability to walk and severe back pain. An MRI was performed where she was diagnosed with a disc rupture. Based on the MRI findings, Dr. Neary advised the owners of the good prognosis and the family elected to proceed with surgery. Here is Willow at her recheck exam. She is comfortable, happy and WALKING.
