Bush Veterinary Neurology Service in Springfield is looking forward to meeting you and your pet. Be aware that the consultation will take about 75 minutes and further diagnostics may be offered same day if possible, but can take up to an additional 6 hours.

- Click here for new patient paperwork – please fill this out and submit online before your appointment. You may also fill it out and bring it in person. If you are unable to complete it ahead of your appointment, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill it out in person.
- Please withhold food for 12 hours prior to the appointment.
- Please withhold pain or anti-inflammatory medications for 12 hours prior to the appointment, BUT give other medications on regular schedule with a very small amount of food or piece of cheese.
- Please bring your pet’s medications with you.
