Meet Beau! Beau was referred Dr. Bush at BVNS Rockville by Dr. Krishna of Silver Spring Animal Hospital for pelvic limb weakness and pain. We scanned Beau and found a disc protrusion at L7-S1. An EMG was also performed to determine any nerve damage to his pelvic limbs and to provide a better prognosis for surgery. We are hoping to manage Beau’s pain with medications, rest and surgery.
