When Brody came to BVNS Atlanta, he was hunched and appeared to be in pain. His neurologic exam revealed that he was experiencing back pain and an MRI of his thoracolumbar spine showed that Brody had compressive disc extrusions at T11-T13. Dr. Akin performed a hemilaminectomy to decompress the spinal cord.
Brody just returned for his 6-week post-op recheck and he has been doing great! Thank you to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital and Georgia Veterinary Rehabilitation for referring Brody to us. We are so glad that he is now pain free!
