We’ve seen a whole bunch of dogs playing in the snow recently, but we are extra happy to see Penny Virginia enjoying the snow. In 2014, she came to BVNS Richmond unable to walk. After surgery with Dr. Higginbotham and lots of TLC from her parents, Penny Virginia recovered nicely.

Along with this video, her owners sent the following update:
“Penny Virginia is doing extremely well. She continues to get stronger every day and surprises us more and more with her recovery. We continue to be very cautious with her (all 4 on the floor….except for the couch) but she is very happy and healthy.”

We’re happy to she her having so much fun in the snow!
